Worklife Expectations: How we work together
Being a remote-first company means that team members are either working from home or from a co-working space and are not guaranteed to be in the same time zones. Whether you decide to work from home or from a co-working space, we value the balance between private and professional life. All that being said we must have clear and robust standards to collaborate with success.

Project Management
Our process for running incredibly smooth projects and keeping our stakeholders up-to date on our progress. Whether you are working on an internal or external project it is important that you are aware of the expected standards for the rhythm of work that should be happening. Unless otherwise allowed by leadership, we expect every project to follow these standards. It is the responsibility of the Engineering Manager and/or Project Manager to ensure execution of these standards.
